Excuse me while I go cry in a corner. I thought this had been defeated and the bill had died, but clearly it hasn’t. I didn’t even fucking realize David Kato had been killed. This is just… I just feel like it erases all of what we achieved last week. It brings us right back down to zero––back to square one.
This is what evangelicals have caused with their fucking missionaries. And to think if the United States of America wasn’t the United States of America what sort of unspeakable travesties would befall the GLBTQ community here.
